Rovaniemen Seta etsii kevään 2027 Arctic Pridelle rohkeita tuottajia, jotka pitävät saavutettavuutta ja moniäänisyyttä tärkeinä perusarvoina tapahtumissa. Työ vaatii hyvät kommunikaatiotaidot ja valmiudet tehdä tiivistä sidosryhmäyhteistyötä.
Työ vaatii aikaa ja omistautumista ja se voi olla hetkittäin intensiivistä, mutta on erittäin palkitsevaa! Tuottajan työ mahdollistaa monenlaisen verkostoitumisen tapahtumatuottamisen ja yhdenvertaisuustyön kentällä. Tapahtuman järjestelyt alkavat syksyllä 2026 ja jatkuvat keväälle
2027, työ loppuu noin kuukausi tapahtuman jälkeen. Saat tuottajan rooliin perehdytyksen, runsaasti tukea, neuvoja ja muut välineet mitä työssä tarvitset.
Tuottajan rooli on perinteisesti ollut vapaaehtoistyötä, mutta tänä vuonna annamme mahdollisuuden toivoa palkkiota.

Rovaniemen Seta is looking for producers for Arctic Pride 2027. We are seeking bold producers who consider accessibility and diversity to be important core values in events. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Rovaniemen Seta Association, volunteers, and other partners.
The role requires time and commitment and can occasionally be intensive, but it is extremely rewarding! Working as a producer offers many opportunities for networking in the fields of event production and equality advocacy. Preparations for the event will begin in autumn 2026 and continue through spring 2027. The role will end approximately one month after the event.
You will receive an introduction to the role, plenty of support and guidance, and all the tools you need for the job.
Traditionally the role has been voluntary work but this year there’s a possibility to request compensation.
